 Welcome back to pre-school and term 5!The topic the children have chosen this term is "Under the Sea". This stems from their fascination with all under water creatures ranging from shark to jellyfish. The children have created a sea shop in the classroom. In there they practice their numeracy skills by selling various items they have priced up. Each day they choose who will be the shopkeeper. The shopkeeper keeps the shop tidy and will choose the cashier. Our emphasis this term will be getting the children ready for school by developing their independance. ie: Getting changed for PE. |
